Enter your Subscriber Account Number as it appears on your mailing label. Do not enter spaces:

Enter your journal code as it appears in the bottom left corner of your subscription renewal form. This code is necessary to complete renewal for the correct journal.

Your account number is an eleven digit number located on your current magazine label or mailpiece as noted above. The number, along with your last name and the journal code, will populate the renewal form. Note: please DO NOT enter the subscriber number on the label above; it is on this form as a sample only.
